I don't understand why but the help desk is always a bit slow. I was there standing in front of some guy at the counter and he didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for a minute or so before the lady's who just arrived asked if I had been taken care of as they glanced over at the guy at the counter doing nothing. The order was placed an hour before with another guy at the counter but he hadn't even pulled it. The lady's were very helpful and pleasant but those guys were poor in customer service.

Home Depot, the Wall Ave. store specifically has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WORKING FRIDGE FOR A MONTH. I bought a BRAND NEW fridge at the beginning of January. They delivered the wrong fridge. After spending 2 hours in store, I was able to get it figured out and got the fridge swapped out the next week. The new fridge they brought me FROZE all the groceries I bought (200 dollars worth) and I had to throw them all away. They have sent 2 repairmen to my house, neither of which have fixed the problem. They refuse to give me any compensation for the food I've lost, the time I've spent, and the money I throw in the toilet every day eating out or throwing out leftovers, until after the refrigerator is fixed, and will not take the fridge back and give me a full refund. I've taken 4 days off of work in total, with the deliveries and repairmen coming in and out doing nothing. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the last month because I can't keep any food, with the exception of frozen meals. I have talked to at least a dozen people trying to get to the source of the problem. I finally got a hold of the store manager George, and he asked if he could CALL ME BACK. When that finally happened, he said there was nothing he could do until ANOTHER repairman looks at the fridge and says it isn't fixable. This being said, I will never shop at Home Depot again, and neither should anyone else.
