  Friendly and knowledgeable front desk associate. The older fellow was not quite as friendly but still professional. Very reasonable prices. Good location on Washington. Best PC store I've been to yet. Helped me through a super difficult time with my PC. Sean had many multiple reasons and opportunities where he could have taken advantage of my desperation. He was 100 percent honest, fair and patient with me while I came up with the money for the service he provided. Even though I ignored his advice and tried to install my own parts at home, he still took my PC back, and checked my errors and told me what I did wrong. I won't go anywhere else for my repairs now.
