I went into probably 8 stores before stopping in the new gate Madison on Sixth and let me tell you Samantha Schmidt was amazing with helping me get what I needed. Customer Service is truly everything. I won't buy anything from a store unless someone acknowledges the fact that someone walked in their door and greets me. Even if your busy a simple hello can go a long way.
