  Been going to this store for years buying clothing. Last time we went for shirts the salesman was abrupt and acted annoyed that we would ask to try them on. Then yesterday took some pants in to be lengthened and was very ill treated. Salesman said they needed to be dry cleaned before they would adjust them. He then said they needed to be freshly laundered when I looked at him funny about the dry cleaning. I told him they were freshly washed, which they were as of Sunday and it was Tuesday, they were wrinkled due to being in the dryer then my car for two days, so he made a point of SMELLING them in front of me and his demeanor was one of obvious distrust toward me. Then he put the pickup date two weeks away. I know they do alterations every week on Thursday, so this was just him being petty. Left the pants but will go back today and get them and will never use this store again. I feel they are making a killing catering to missionaries and have no need for customer service. I for one am tired of this attitude and my business will now be taken elsewhere.

  Salesman seemed annoyed that we were there to pick out a suit. I tried on multiple suits which seemed to especially annoy the salesman. The other salesman sat in the corner engrossed in his tablet and didn't look up once. On previous occasions there was another salesman there who was fantastic; professional and really patient. I wish he would have been there tonight. The suits are great and there was a good selection, just crappy customer service.
