  This place is an absolute joke! We decided to use their paint to do our entire house. We have been in about 10 different times and each time it takes at least an hour to just get a simple 5 gallon bucket mixed up. You stand there for about 20 minutes waiting to be helped and then they take FOREVER! They have the worst customer service. We thought we were getting a good deal because they had a 30% off coupon for the month of January... it expired in a couple days and were worried because we had a lot of paint that we still needed to buy but not for another week or so. We asked if we could use the coupon after it expired and they said no. Then we asked if they would be having another coupon come out for the month of February and they said no... Well it turns out Sherwin Williams ALWAYS has a 30% off coupon every month, and these guys knew that but tried to get us to buy all our paint at once. It's way overpriced.. even with the coupon Home Depot or Kwal paint is way cheaper. The only reason we came back here is because we painted our house all one color and needed their brand of paint to finish. We also bought a gallon and wanted them to tint it a little darker for a different room. One girl said it could be done and when I went to drop it off this other girl said no. I finally talked her in to at least trying and she told me it would take SIX hours for them to mix one gallon of paint... All they have to do is put it in the computer and it adds the color. I know it doesn't take that long. They have been the biggest pain and I'm mad we have spent so much time and money on this place. We for sure will be going somewhere else next time we paint!
