  Five days has turned into two weeks. I called them on the sixth day and no one had even looked at it. I did get a call back asking if they could order the same part I told them to order when I dropped it off. I call five days after that asking for status and no one knows if that party was even ordered but they assured me they would call back. No call back... Two days later I call again and was put on hold for 30 minutes. When I'm today and Still no computer, the worst part is no one can even give me status.

  Simply put, I love these guys. I purchased two custom designed PC towers two years ago. I out lighted what I wanted, a strong mid range and dependable tower, a price range and they completely delivered with an outstanding PC build that continues to be a beast. Until just recently I have had no issues, to my horror, despite regular maintenance, a very odd and high pitched sound began to emit from my tower. Not knowing what was happening to my baby I took it in after work. Arrived around 6:30, I gave them my story and left it in their hands. As a selfish person I 'wanted to insist I get it back by the weekend, 3 days away but said nothing. Next day I get an update, they were on track and found my issue, had it fixed by the end of the day, picked it up after work. Super fast, dependable and friendly. They treat you well I have to say. 10/10 will go again if I have any issues or wish to re-spec my tower.
