  Complete nitemare! It took me 3 hours from start to finish...and when I get home my phone wasn't even activated. Do not let them mess with your email set up on a new phone, they will screw it up. I keep having to call Customer Care on the phone issues I am having. What ever he did is mixing everything up with a phone number I had over a year ago. Word of advice...focus on the customers and not so much the "fun" atmosphere. I am considering switching to another cell company because of all the issues I have had. PLUS....the screen protector they put on my phone will not pick up on the touch of my fingertips. Disappointed and Pissed off!
